This package is designed for 120HP models that have added an intercooler, fan, and intercooler piping or a 2017 Turbo R model. These two machines share the same fuel pump housing that differentiates them from the 2018+ Turbo R models. The 120HP/2017 (154HP) Turbo R models have a fuel pressure of 58 PSI and the 2018+ Turbo R models have 65 PSI. If your '17 has been upgraded to a 172 model you will be looking for our WS170 tune or package as it will match your upgrades. If you have upgraded your 120HP model machine to include intercooler, fan and piping along with the '18 fuel pump you too will be looking at upgrading to the WS170 tune.

- An exhaust is recommended. This helps control engine bay temps that will heat soak the factory intercooler.
The WS160 Package has been developed for trail rides to the dunes. Many new features include the switchable boost feature where you can switch from 16PSI to 13PSI on the fly. This kit will also get rid of the start up stumble that is noticeable on these stock units. Modified intercooler fan control is integrated for cooler intake air temps. You will notice the fan coming on and staying on much more as the stock settings are not desirable for making power. Radiator fan will come on at 180*, start in any gear is activated as well as many of the torque and speed limiters have been raised to make sure the power stays there when you want it.
The DynoJet Power Vision PV3 allows you to flash your own machine without needing to remove and send your ecu elsewhere. It will also allow you to view and delete check engine lights that may become present. Many of the annoyance codes that may show have been removed for convenience.
Clutching is highly recommended especially on a 120HP model that you are upgrading. It is extremely important to watch your shift and hold RPM to make sure you are at the proper rpm for making horsepower. Recommended RPM for all of our tunes is 7900 +/- 100 RPM. Our X155 Clutch Kit is an added option that has been dyno and street proven to be as close to perfect as we can make it.
Our WS160 and WS170 tunes use to be the difference between the stock intake or an aftermarket intake system. We have found this is not needed anymore. Aftermarket intakes have the potential to increase horsepower but our tunes have been tested with and without and are both safe to use with an intake system.
